The Challenges

Over the past few years, Discover Branson tried working with a couple of different travel reservation platform vendors, but no one was able to successfully implement a system as per Discover Branson's needs. Discover Branson needed a central management system that was flexible and could support the myriad of travel products that they wanted to sell through the web site and call center. The system had to be capable of selling both dynamic and pre-defined package experiences. Cost was also an important decision-making factor for the Branson travel expert. They did not want to spend a lot of money upfront on technology and infrastructure; rather they needed a solution with reasonable fixed pricing, so they could track their operational expenses better. With a new marketing website plan, the company also wanted to make sure that this new travel system integrates seamlessly when they launched their new website.

They now have a central reservations management system to administer back-office, operations, bookings and CRM, increasing efficiency and improving customer satisfaction. In addition, Discover Branson uses QuickBooks for accounting. Rezopia was able to configure the back office easily to integrate the QuickBooks software.

With deep linking capabilities in Rezopia, Discover Branson is able to seamlessly interface their new marketing web site with the reservation site. "It's great that I can assign a unique URL for every product and package that I load into Rezopia. This not only makes integration with my marketing web site a breeze, but also allows me to promote specials and last minute deals on the web site and across other marketing channels", said Mr. Lucchi.
