The Challenges

The majority of business for Sunny Land Tours comes through pre-packaged tours offered to exotic destinations worldwide. Sunny Land Tours needed an efficient packaging system to assemble and price pre-packaged tours from multiple travel components such as air, accommodation, attractions and cruises. The system had to be capable of handling the varied complex supplier contracts and contract rules across multiple regions.

Sunny Land Tours has relationships with more than 10,000 travel agencies worldwide and agency distribution continues to be one of the primary selling channels for Sunny Land Tours. The system had to be scalable to support Sunny Land's huge travel agency client base.
